The Kamay ni Hesus Shrine at Lucban in Quezon is a sought-after pilgrimage destination known for its miraculous healing masses and the steep hill that leads to a majestic Risen Christ statue. Given the Philippines’ rich Catholic culture, it is no surprise that thousands of devotees flock here, especially every Holy Week to repent, reflect, and give thanks.

Long before Kamay ni Hesus Healing Church became a popular pilgrimage site, Dolores Quezon has been a popular Holy Week destination of Lenten pilgrims and summer trekkers but for those who wants to avoid longer trek, Kamay ni Hesus Shrine in Lucban Quezon is now becoming an all year round destination for people who wants to attend the healing mass conducted in the chapel.

My Personal Experience

It is my first time to go in Lucban Quezon, “Kamay ni Hesus.” This day was a long ago when we had a long trip also with our neighborhood in Lemery, Batangas. Our neighborhood plan to go in Lucban Quezon to see the famous station of the cross and they invited us to join for this trip. My mom decided that they will contributing a food to eat. The vehicle to be used is the van of our neighbor too. While we were in the road theirs so many tourist also want to see the creation of the station of the cross. That’s why there is a heavy traffic that we encounter while going in Lucban Quezon. Until the time we arrived from there I see how beautiful was it. The theme was realistic that shows the different events that happen in the Bible. It finds us comfortable because this was based from the life of Jesus Christ, and they showcase the important events that I feel blessed that the time. From the above on it feels good and wealth because we made it from the top and we finish the prayer of rosary.
